Payment in full is necessary before the snake(s) will be shipped. We accept the following methods of payment: PayPal (contact@snakemansexotics.com) personal check, cashiers check, money order, Amex, Visa, Master Card, and Discover Card. All personal and cashiers checks must clear OUR bank before the animal will be shipped.

All animals are guaranteed to arrive Healthy and Sexed properly!

If there are any problems with the snake(s) you must notify us within 24hrs of Receiving your animals for any kind of Refund.

Shipping All orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped the following Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. We will not ship out past Wednesday unless other arrangements are made. We ship next day air through UPS. We will not ship if weather does not permit it as we are located in New York . We will provide heat packs if needed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  We do not provide broker services for CITES related shipping.  We will not process CITES for another breeder's animals.

$3,000 minimum purchase for all International Orders

CITES fees range from $300.00 to $500.00 per shipment

Buyer is responsible for the cost of Health Certificate for each animal shipment.

To receive CITES shipments your Country may require that you apply for Import CITES permits. You must check with your local authorities. Secondly your Country may require that you have an Import / Export license to receive CITES shipments. This is your responsibility!

Animals must be picked up at the Airport

Packages are to be opened immediately at the cargo desk or counter and the animals should be inspected.

If there are any obvious problems with the animal or the package feels extremely cold or hot to the touch, a claim should be filed with the airlines before leaving the airport.
